A Florentine love story: Giulia & Alex
Giulia and Alex chose to celebrate their wedding in Florence, the city where they first met and where their love story began. Originally from England, they decided to return here to crown their dream of love, surrounded by family and friends.
The ceremony took place in the magnificent Red Hall of Palazzo Vecchio, one of the most striking civil wedding venues in the city. In an atmosphere filled with emotion, the couple exchanged their vows, with the Renaissance walls standing as silent witnesses to their promises. Every moment was captured with sensitivity and discretion by Wedding and Family Stories, who documented the day with authentic and meaningful images.
After the ceremony, guests gathered at an exclusive venue for the reception – Angel Roofbar Firenze. The celebration unfolded across three panoramic terraces, offering breathtaking views of Florence’s most iconic landmarks. Bathed in the warm light of the sunset, the city itself seemed to join in the celebration.
Dinner, refined and inspired by Tuscan tradition, blended authentic flavors with elegant presentation. The atmosphere was made even more special by details chosen with care and love: the flowers by Francis Flowers, the soft lighting, and live music created an intimate and elegant setting. The bride’s look was enhanced by Serena Sampietro’s makeup, which highlighted her natural beauty, and by her gown by Carmela Comes, refined and perfectly in tune with the style of the event.
From the first dance to the cutting of the cake, every moment was designed to reflect the couple’s personalities.
Giulia and Alex’s wedding in Florence was far more than a ceremony—it was an immersive experience of art, love, and timeless beauty. A choice that will forever remain in the heart.
