A dream on Lake Maggiore

Martina and Daniele’s wedding on Lake Maggiore was nothing short of a dream. The young couple chose the picturesque town of Stresa—and in particular, the enchanting Villa Frua—as the setting for their celebration of love. With around 120 guests gathered in one of northern Italy’s most captivating locations, they experienced a day filled with unforgettable emotion.

The symbolic ceremony took place in the late afternoon, with the lake glistening in the background and the golden hues of sunset adding warmth and magic to every moment. The chosen palette of soft blue and blush pink harmonized beautifully with the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere that was romantic, elegant, and serene. Floral arrangements by Valentina Fiori completed the scene with refined beauty.

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed into the garden for a sophisticated aperitif by Zeta Eventi, also served poolside. It was a time to relax, raise a glass, and enjoy the breathtaking views in a convivial and joyful setting. As evening fell, the celebration moved into the villa’s greenhouse—carefully transformed with an elegant table setting and the soft flicker of candlelight.

The most anticipated moment—the cake cutting—took place outdoors, beneath towering trees adorned with floating lights. Heartfelt toasts and surprises made this moment especially emotional and memorable.

Adding even more grace to the occasion were the bride’s custom-made gown by L’Arte Sartoriale and the groom’s suit by Rovi Sposi, both perfectly tailored and full of character.
